Edward Fintel and Russell Simonetta will have a discussion about several Chapter 13 topics, including post-petition personal injury proceeds, Rule 3002.1, plan modifications, local rule updates, paying mortgages in full thru the plan.
Edward Fintel (Staff Attorney for Mark Swimelar, Chapter 12 & 13 Trustee) and Russell Simonetta (Simonetta & Associates, P.C.) will talk about several chapter 13 issues including personal injury proceeds, post-petition mortgage arrears/final cure mortgage payments, plan modifications.
